At Source One, a Corcentric company, we strive to keep a close arm to our communities throughout the year by hosting and attending events in our local area. This weekend we were able to get involved with a cause in both our Chicago and Willow Grove locations.

Carnival Fundraiser for Williams Syndrome

Our team in Chicago sponsored a carnival this past Saturday to spread awareness and raise money for the Williams Syndrome Association (WSA). The day was loaded with activities for both kids and adults, featuring a live DJ, face painting, photo backdrop, character visits and unlimited arcade games. All proceeds from the event will go towards children and families affected by Williams Syndrome, including scholarships for camps, colleges and transition programs, critical research and education, and making treatment for accessible for patients.

Annual Easterseals Zoo Run

Our Willow Grove office headed down to the Philadelphia Zoo to support the Easterseals Walk With Me event aimed at "connecting people living with disabilities with those who care," this past Saturday. Easterseals has been supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, veterans, seniors and caregivers for almost 100 years. This national walk, since 2003, has helped them raise over $40 million for the Easterseals families. Members of the Source One team and their families came out to support the cause together, participating in the run and fun walk around the zoo.
