As Vice President of Operations at Source One, William Dorn is responsible for leading technical projects, corporate
strategy, procurement transformation initiatives and organizational
development. Dorn boasts 20 years of experience in technology, manufacturing,
mechanical engineering, business analysis, and business process engineering.
Dorn also runs Source One’s blog, Strategic Sourceror, is a thought leader and
frequent contributor to industry publications and speaking events. He is
co-author of the book titled Managing Indirect Spend,
published by John Wiley & Sons in 2011. He holds an Associate of the Arts
Degree in Electronics and Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Information
Technology, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Joseph Payne
As Vice President of Professional Services of Source One, Joseph Payne leads the firm in delivering value to
customers through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. He is a popular contributor to many supply
chain blogs and publications, and has gained industry attention for his involvement
in writing the book, Managing Indirect Spend,
a collection of case studies, specific examples, advice and strategies that are
often overlooked within the strategic sourcing process. Payne is also a
frequent featured speaker at industry events, often discussing a wide range of
topics including increasing the relevancy of procurement, building and
maintaining high performance teams, and redefining the role of strategic

David Pastore
In his position as a leader for the
IT and Telecom
strategic practice, David Pastore regularly assists clients in developing
savings, process improvements, and optimal contractual terms. Pastore oversees
a diverse team of consultants and routinely manages large procurements of
wireline and wireless voice and data telecom services, equipment, maintenance,
and software licensing and support. Pastore is recognized as a contributor to
the industry publication Managing Indirect Spend,
authored by his colleagues. He is also a frequent presenter for a variety of

Lindsey Fandozzi’s primary function as Director includes
managing the everyday interactions with clients, suppliers, and a team of
managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met. She coordinates
projects throughout all sectors of the organization and supports collaboration
between the client and extended team from project kickoff to implementation. Fandozzi
has presented on Spend Analyses role in Procurement and Sourcing for the
Philadelphia IMA chapter’s Spring CPE Conference and been recognized as a Provider

Diego De la Garza
Founder of Source One’s Nearshoring
Practice, Diego De la Garza has presented various sessions at supply

Development Challenge. Also recognized as a Spend Matter’s Provider Pro to Know,
he has received numerous acknowledgements of his accomplishments in the

Ken Gaul
Ken Gaul manages the Business Development and Marketing
