Meet some of the talented interns joining Source One this summer.

My name is Michael Eveland and I am a 22-year old from Robert Morris University. Next May, I will be graduating with my Masters in Business Administration along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. At Robert Morris, I played division one lacrosse for my first four years. This year, I will be an assistant coach.

Since a young age, I always had a passion for Finance, especially financial markets. In my previous internships, I have had experience with Equity Research, Corporate Development, and Corporate FP&A. I’ve learned that regardless of any area of business, understanding supply chain, especially procurement, is a huge asset. I also choice Source One as an opportunity to learn more about consulting. My goal this summer is to use my prior finance internships to add as much value as possible, while learning the ins and outs of supply chain and consulting. So far, I have been working on a large number of projects. A few of these include; data cleansing, auditing baseline reports, and creating PowerPoint decks for client deliverables. This internship has been a great experience so far, with Source One providing interns with meaningful projects that both add value and teach internally.

Hey! I’m Chris Ivie, and I’m a senior at DePaul University. My major is Operations Management, while minoring in Analytics. Prior to DePaul, I played lacrosse at North Central College located in the suburbs of Chicago. I also received the opportunity to study abroad in Greece/Italy, analyzing their financial systems. The GLS program broadened my perspective of finance and business operations as a whole. However, as my passion for the business field grew, my time for lacrosse declined. The transition to DePaul offered a new experience where I could fully immerse myself in studying and analyzing market trends. Also, participating in committees and networking throughout the school year accelerated my growth as a young professional.

In addition to school and a collegiate lacrosse program, I maintained multiple internship roles in Account and Operations Management. Associating myself around experienced individuals developed my mindset that reflects my future career path in Analytics. My Account Management role offered opportunities to work hands on with Beats, Starbucks, and Discover campaigns. After these two internships, I started to understand my vision for post-undergraduate life and what industry that revolved around. Receiving the Analyst Intern role at Source One was tremendous.

I always knew that the company you work for plays a crucial part in personal/professional growth, which is why interning for S1 provides benefit. The dynamic experience Source One interns receive propels their career outlook. I’m a firm believer in being open minded and providing value to anything I associate myself with. I look forward to learning from dedicated individuals at Source One and further developing my passion for Analytics!

Hello! I am Andreanna Kremser, and I am currently a student at Temple University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus in Accounting, graduating in December 2019. I am also a part of the Phi Sigma Sigma Xi chapter, where I have the opportunity to participate in many different philanthropic fundraising events.  Prior to Temple, I was born and raised in Reading, PA and I went to Reading Area Community College where I received my Associate of Arts degree in Accounting.

When I am not at Source One, I am most likely working at my second job at University Village - Temple University. I am a Community Assistant, where I work in a leasing office and help residents with any day to day needs that relate to my apartment building. If I am not working, I am probably exploring Philadelphia, new coffee shops & restaurants, bars, going to the beach, and hanging out with my friends and family. I also enjoy going to sporting events, mainly baseball and football.

At Source One, I currently work as a Data Analyst Intern. My tasks include collecting and interpreting data, analyzing a company's spend, and working alongside my team to establish a client's needs. My experience so far has been new and exciting for me. I love learning new things that I can apply to my job and to my everyday life. I am also not sure what I want to do post-graduation, but I am hoping that my internship will help me find what I would love to do full time.

Hello everyone! My name is Nicole O'Connell and I am a senior Accounting and Business Intelligence & Analytics double major at Saint Joseph's University.  Upon graduation in May, I will be returning to Saint Joseph's University for their 4+1 MBA program.  I am from Long Island, New York and appreciate Philadelphia's upbeat lifestyle.  In my free time, I like to explore the city of Philadelphia, go to the gym, hang out with friends, and get involved on campus.  At Saint Joseph's, I am the treasurer of Hawks vs Cancer as well as the Breast Cancer Awareness Club and am the secretary of Accounting Society.  I love meeting new people and making a difference in any way possible.

My prior work experience is as a front desk receptionist in a dental office.  I have worked here since April 2014 and will go into the office anytime I am home.  My responsibilities there range from filing and organizing charts, answering phones, setting up appointments, taking payments from customers and insurance companies, and training the new receptionists.  I love interacting with the clients and all of my coworkers.  This job has furthered my organizational and communication skills.

My goal here at Source One is to learn as much as possible for the duration of my internship.  As a data analyst intern, I would love to work on different projects that strengthen my skills in analyzing data.  I also hope to work with Qlik so I can continue to become more comfortable with this data visualization tool.  So far, everyone has been very friendly and helpful here.  I look forward to working with the people here and taking part in projects that are so meaningful to the client.
