Procurement Excellence 2016

On October 29^th, Source One’s sourcing experts will join other procurement leaders in an exclusive networking and thought leadership event hosted by Corporate United: Procurement Excellence 2016. The event, taking place at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, is expected to have both a fun and informational agenda, including round table discussions, meet and greet opportunities, and a keynote presentation provided by MRA Global Sourcing’s Managing Partner Naseem Malik.

Malik, in his presentation: Procurement Reality Check – Are you Truly Adding Value?, will be sharing insights into the current state of procurement and solutions for navigating common pain points as expressed by top CPOs and Procurement Executives during ISM’s conference last May.

This July, Source One expanded its thought leadership foothold with the release of a new white paper: Is It Time to Transform Your Procurement Operations? The whitepaper provides a guide for assessing the current state of your procurement functions including: People, Processes, Technology, and Metrics. Later this fall, Source One plans to publish two additional whitepapers on implementing advanced analytics in procurement as well as navigating the evolving Procurement BPO model.
