Day two of ISM2016 is fully underway featuring keynote speaker Susan Cain, author of the best selling book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking. She is also the co-founder of the Quiet Revolution - an organization with a mission of unlocking the power of introverts though education.

Did you know that 50% of the U.S. workforce identifies as introverts and 64% believe that their organization does not fully harness the talents of introverted employees? Cain touched on these key points during the session, as well as dispelled some of the common myths about this group of the workforce. She also lent her knowledge to share how employers can best manage their introverted employees to fully harness their skills and talents.
