Leveraging his language skills and knowledge of the Latin America market, De la Garza formed and now leads Source One’s Nearshoring Practice. As the Liaison to Latin American Markets, his cultural insights and expertise in the Latin American market landscape provides a unique perspective for North American companies looking for sourcing and supply chain solutions within the Latin American market.



Torey Guingrich, Senior Consultant

With a deep understanding of Technology and Procurement, Guingrich works to develop strategies to link supply chain management and information technology for the benefit of her client’s overall organization. Her categorical focus includes IT operations, Telecom, Software Licensing & Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Professional Services. With her category background and strategic sourcing expertise, Guingrich is able drive cost savings and guide smarter IT investments for her clients through effective stakeholder engagement and creative problem solving. Guingrich is constantly working to bridge the gap between IT and Supply Chain and Procurement Groups, bringing together IT knowledge and strategic sourcing expertise to the table to enable purchasing decisions that are both fitted to the company’s needs but are also cost effective.
