Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc., a biopharmaceutical company based in China that researches, develops, manufactures and sells products to hospitals, recently announced a change of its chief financial officer position.Robert Tianruo Pu, the company's former CFO, recently announced his resignation for personal reasons. Pu will be replaced by Felix Chungfai Wong, who is currently the company's finance director.
"Mr. Pu has made significant contributions to Nuokang's growth and development since he joined in September 2008," said Baizhong Xue, the company's chairman and chief executive officer. "We thank him for his leadership and dedication to the company. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
Wong joined the company in February 2012 and has three decades of experience in finance, management and accounting in the United States and China.
The pharmaceutical company recently announced that it is seeing results of restructuring efforts, earning revenue that increased in the first quarter of the year from the fourth quarter in 2011.
