CombineNet named among Top 100 Logistics IT Providers for Sourcing TechnologyAnnually, Inbound Logistics Magazine compiles a list of the top 100 logistics companies that develop and provide sourcing technology. CombineNet, a leader in this field, was recently revealed as one of the magazine's cited companies - the third such recognition for the company in the last four years.

"Companies recognized as Top 100 Logistics IT Providers such as CombineNet represent clear leadership in supply chain and logistics innovation, consistently delivering products and solutions that meet the increasingly complex needs of their clients given the challenging dynamics experienced in the global transportation and logistics sector," said Felecia Stratton, editor of Inbound Logistics.

While Inbound's list is an annual exercise for the publication, the list has become incredibly relevant this year, as the natural disasters in Japan have led to the increased need to showcase the best providers of reliable IT solutions available.

Inbound compiles its list through intense research, evaluations of questionnaires and reader feedback.

"It is an honor to be consistently recognized for the value that our advanced sourcing product delivers to supply chain teams worldwide," said CombineNET president and COO Rich Wilson. "CombineNet has a long, successful history in delivering new savings opportunities, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction to our clients in the complex area of transportation and logistics sourcing, as well as in other enterprise spend areas."

CombineNet has successfully delivered more than $6 billion in bottom-line savings through its solutions for several large organizations, such as General Mills and PepsiCo.
